In between researching and training I’ll try to dump my thoughts and adventures as I get ever closer to starting The Transcontinental Race 2015 having now completed the event in 2014.
I’ve been club cycling for a few years with Bristol South Cycling Club, these rides usually involve cake.
My list of notable adventures is limited to climbing up and down Mount Kinabalu in a day (4100m) and cycling LEJOG at a leisurely pace.
2014 i’m going to be focussing on time trials and entering a few audaxes, hopefully to improve on speed and see how I cope sleeping in ditches and generally being a hobo on two wheels.
Im cycling with my work colleagues 250miles, raising money for Childrens Hospice South West – Donations welcome!
Children’s Hospice South West (CHSW) helps and supports children and their families who are living with life-limiting conditions.
